Job Description

Job Scope

This internship is a programs position for people who are passionate about optimising curriculum effectiveness through good design. You’ll be involved in reviewing program outcomes and improving curriculum design to better meet the needs of learners and companies. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and apply pedagogical frameworks and witness how they help learners grow. You’ll succeed in the role if you are an objective and systems thinker and would like to make a difference to the lives of others.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

You’ll be given opportunities to conduct user interviews and research, and map out the learner's development journey. As the program design intern, you’ll assist in Hatch’s outreach and engagement work across a range of consumer and business profiles as well as the alignment of Hatch’s curriculum with national upskilling frameworks. You’ll be in charge of collecting data from learners and companies to develop ways to improve curriculum design and delivery. 

 

Learning Opportunities and Outcomes

Through this internship, you will learn how to:

1) Learn User Research skills and practise on this segment of the UX process

2) Learn and experience the iterative process of curriculum design

3) Understand how design can be applied to meet the needs of different stakeholders
