Job Description

Job Scope

This internship is a business development position for people who are passionate about making quality education accessible to all. You’ll work on social innovation projects to enable opportunities for socially and financially vulnerable groups. A large part of that work will involve working with external stakeholders to design and deliver effective programs. You’ll succeed in the role if you have a systems mindset and are comfortable navigating uncertainties. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

You’ll be given opportunities to apply social innovation models to local education context and map out key stakeholders. As the social innovation intern, you’ll also be able to work on understanding the multifaceted considerations of different parties to co-create viable programs. In this internship, you can look forward to analyzing impact outcomes and identify avenues to strengthen the theory of change delivery. If you are strong in communication and good at stakeholder management, then this will be the right position for you.

 

Learning Opportunities and Outcomes:

1) Understand the potential of social innovation and one's role in this process

2) How to conceptualise, design, and deliver a socially impactful program

3) Clearly articulate goals and work with diverse stakeholders
