The Programmes & Events Intern supports the Hatch Blue team in planning, coordinating, and executing events and programme activities that drive innovation and collaboration. 

This role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including investors, founders, government, and academia to ensure the smooth delivery of Hatch Blue’s initiatives and the Crest Accelerator’s founder-first mission.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support for events and programmes such as fireside chats, industry meetings, workshops, and networking sessions
  • Involved in stakeholder engagement representing Hatch Blue professionally with partners, founders, investors, and government representatives
  • Support team meetings, scheduling, and coordination across different time zones
  • Assist in research and preparation of materials for projects and meetings


Job Description
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Events Management, Communications, Climate-related fields or a related field
  • Candidates with relevant experience in this field are encouraged to apply and will be considered for this position
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required.
