Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the financial processes and procedures of the Company
- Assist with month-end closing process and journal entries
- Assist with preparation of accounts and date/report uploading
- Assist with payment processing, billings, accounts receivables and monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly performance review materials and reports
- Assist with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)/China Reporting
- Any other ad-hoc projects/ duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to commit for 3-6 months
- Candidates who possessed or currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management Finance/Accountancy/Banking (preferably year 2 and above students)
- Fluent in Mandarin (Spoken and written) for China Reporting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Possesses a good learning attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
