ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited – Group Legal Intern

• Take instructions from legal counsel
• Support legal counsel in meetings with Business Units and contract negotiations with external parties
• Assist to review contracts
• Assist to prepare contracts and other templates / forms
• Conduct due diligence on contracts
• Assist to prepare corporate secretarial documents
• Compile a Group trademark register
• Legal research and drafting of research memos
• Assist in any other ad-hoc legal and corporate secretarial matters that may be required from time to time;

Requirements:

• Must have a law degree or currently pursuing a law degree
• Interested in building and understanding the relationships between business units and the legal team
• Outstanding attention to detail 
• Solutions oriented and can work under pressure
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and grow with the business
