Guangdong Import & Export Pte Ltd – Customer Service Officer

Guangdong was established in 1987 and mainly deals with dried fruits, agricultural products, grain products, sauces, moon cake fillings and a wide variety of food products. We are a professional and experienced wholesaler and food supplier, supplying quality food to local retail shops and to the F&B industry. 

Core Responsibilities:

· Answering product and service questions

· process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction

· Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective, and efficient service to customers.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Prior working experience in a call center environment is welcomed.

Additional Info:

· Office located at Jurong (Toh Guan)

· Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, Alternate Saturdays 8am – 2pm

· Salary $2500 -$2800
