Job Description

About this Role: 

This is a critical hands-on role and will work closely with most functions within the company. If you enjoy working in a lean and strong team to drive technology as an enabler in recruitment, then you could well be the person that HackerTrail is looking for! 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and initiatives aligned with the overall Company's vision 
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process by finding talent across our office locations and scheduling their interviews with relevant stakeholders 
  • Manage employee onboarding and exits as per Company policies 
  • Create feedback processes and SOPs for critical HR processes and ensure accurate data is captured 
  • Establish and maintain department records, inventory and employee directory Improve employee engagement experience by helping organize activities 
  • Assist with recruitment events and HR ops acitvities 
  • Nurture a positive working environment

*Please note that the monthly salary mentioned is for full-time internship. In case of a part-time internship, it will be adjusted accordingly.
