Job Description

Salary: Up to $3500 

Working Location: Boon Lay 

Workday Days: 5.25 Days 

Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm Sat: 8.30am-12.30pm 

Key Duties: 

  • Handle daily wholesale orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups. 
  • Monitor bank receipts and perform payment reconciliations. 
  • Maintain accurate records in accounting systems, including tax and lease documentation. 
  • Prepare schedules, pivot tables, and reports for audits and management. 
  • Support month-end closing and ensure compliance with financial timelines. 

Key Requirements: 

  • Min. Diploma in Accountancy or relevant certification. 
  • Min. 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing. 
  • Proficient in ACCPAC and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
