To support our growth and expansion plans, we are looking for a permanent full-time Finance Executive who can provide support to finance team through efficient control of finance processes and the timely delivery of effective reporting.
Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer, Singapore
- Responsible for staff claims checking and resolve queries
- Support day to day operations and provide necessary solutions for related issues in General accounting classification, intercompany related transaction, work closely with Shared services on key monthly reconciliations like bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation and etc
- Perform cash flow projection, coordinate with shared service finance for payment processing
- Review quarterly GST submission
- Assist in raising Purchase order for Sundry expenses
- Maintain client master data
- Ensure full compliance with group policies, procurement practice, SOX requirement etc
- Assist in preparing monthly schedules and reports
- Ad-hoc management reporting and any other duties assigned by the superior/ management from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations
- Prior hands-on experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable/ operations for advertising industry an advantage
- Analytical, meticulous with a positive attitude to learn fast and work hard
- Strong acumen in evaluating situations and making decisions
- Ensure reporting timelines are met with smooth execution of daily work
- High level of Interpersonal, Presentation and Communication skills. Job will require interaction across different level of stakeholders
- Keen interest in business operations, finance and marketing communication
