Job Description

• Investigate innovative ways to engage with new customer segments (working millenials)
• Includes planning/preparation/implementation of events (health & wellness, social, networking, etc) that provide exceptional customer experiences
• Conduct customer/agent research to obtain insights and customer experiences from events
• Produce quality presentation material to provide clear conclusions and recommendations
