Finergy Connect is a group of financial representatives representing Great Eastern Life. “Finergy”, which means Financial + Energy, was officially registered on 11th April 2013. It is a combination of 15 agencies representing Great Eastern Life which comprises of over 200 planners. We combine our different strengths to provide the best services for our clients to meet their financial & wealth management goals, estate & legacy planning, and even crafting of wills & trusts. 

Admin Assistant (Full-time / Part-time / Intern)

• Completing and submission of forms
• Scanning and digitisation of documents
• Assist in creating and managing the client database
• Take charge and keep track of various client servicing requests
• Data cleaning & management
• Craft & manage social media content
• Other adhoc admin work as required

Flexible days and working hours can be given if unable to work the full Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm.
This is a hybrid position i.e. you will be required to be in office for most days of the week, and work from home for the rest. 

Salary will be based on full-time/part-time, and on the experience and educational level of the applicant.
