Job Description
Get to know the role:
- In this role, you will be supporting the management of a program of Internal Communications across the region. This includes Townhalls, Leadership Advances, leadership video sessions and organizational communications.
- You will be supporting the curation, creation and coordination of content to increase engagement and alignment across our 8 offices in Southeast Asia.
- You will work across teams and countries to get the right stories to serve at the right time
- We will have some infrastructure in place, but we’re flying the plane as we build it - so this role will be best for those who are comfortable with ambiguity, and a ‘find a way, or make a way’ attitude
The must-haves:
- Expert multi-tasker and experience with project management - you will be working with various teams across Grab and the region, managing events and multiple timelines. You must be able to multitask and coordinate!
- Creativity, grit, hunger and a passion for engaging, delighting and surprising our Grabbers - you have the opportunity to shape communications across a fast-growing company - bring your all to the table!
