We are well-versed in building children playgrounds, outdoor fitness corners and other sport facilities. Our product range include outdoor and indoor children play equipment, outdoor fitness equipment, EPDM safety rubber flooring, waterplay system and outdoor park facilities etc. We offer the Project management Intern the opportunity to dive into the unique operations of Gorica's Projects Department. By demonstrating your critical thinking and innovation, you will be involved in the process of product design, supply, implementation and installation. 

• Assist project manager in managing project timelines and preparing project documentation for submission to clients
• Engage with different internal stakeholders, having interdepartmental communication, to consolidate project requirements and assist project manager in developing implementation plans
• Assist in SOP creation, documentation and file management for all new project operations
• Assist in the preparation of internal reports on the project status for the external stakeholders
• Assist in the warehouse inventory management on the necessary goods and materials whenever required
• Coordinate project activities and communicate effectivey with team members and stakeholders
• Support the identification and management of project risks and issues
• Assist in preparation of progress claims for submission
• Any other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Engineering, or any related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A keen interest in product design
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Openness to acquiring and applying modern technologies and platforms that are available effectively in the ever-changing work environment.
