Ocean Purpose Project (OPP) is a Singapore-based ocean conservation social enterprise dedicated to addressing critical environmental challenges through innovative, community-driven solutions. Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and implementation of Plastic to Fuel (PTF) initiatives.
- Conduct research on plastic waste management, circular economy solutions, and sustainability trends.
- Assist in stakeholder mapping, engagement, and partnership development activities.
- Support proposal writing, project documentation, and reporting.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and project-related activities.
- Monitor project progress and support administrative coordination.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to strengthen environmental impact and project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability and innovation projects.
Requirements
- Final-year student, recent graduate, or currently pursuing studies in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Passionate about sustainability, climate action, circular economy, and environmental innovation.
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Candidates based in Singapore will be preferred.
