We are looking for an individual with creativity, initiative and drive to join our team. The Group Marketing Intern will learn by doing and play a significant role in driving marketing initiatives that deliver on organisational goals. Golden Equator Group offers a multi-faceted opportunity for the successful candidate to develop core marketing skills across online and offline channels, and the Group’s business verticals.
The ideal candidate should be genuinely excited and motivated to take on new challenges in a fun, fast-paced, start-up environment that stretches his/her capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage in development and delivery of online and offline marketing activities (social media, events, marketing materials)
- Ensure branding and creative vision is consistently applied in all design disciplines.
- Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness
- Conduct market research to identify market trends to validate product and service offerings
- Leads management and segmentation on CRM platform/s
- Active participation with project teams, and opportunities to initiate projects, craft and execute campaigns
- Collaborate with delivery team and business verticals to achieve desired results
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Social Science or Finance disciplines and able to commit to at least 4 months
- Exceptional communication skills, and a strong command of English
- Creativity to dream up fresh ideas and be unafraid to ask questions
- Natural team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Interest and knowledge in marketing is a huge plus
