JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals to enhance our omni-channel retail strategy. This is a multi-disciplinary position which exposes you to marketing, retail operations, business development and customer experience.
Our company would provide in-house training along with professional career development through initiatives such Professional Conversion Program (PCP). As such, we do not require applicants to have direct prior experience but we expect applicants to be adaptable and strong willingness to learn.
- Manage and grow revenue on direct channels (physical & web-store) and online marketplace channels
- Manage and grow our affiliate marketing program to drive sales through our ambassadors
- Prospect and acquire partnerships to drive traffic and revenue to direct channels
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Oversee social media strategy
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education “O/N” Level
- Competent with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- Willing to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
