Job Description

Customer Service (Part-time / Full-time)


Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, guest enquiries from multiple channels eg from Email, Facebook, chats etc.
  • Address any questions or issues that guest may have in regards to company products or services promptly
  • Follow up on guest outstanding enquiries
  • Support day-to-day operations
  • Support Company’s ongoing projects
  • Potentially may include onsite support at dedicated location
  • Any others ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager in-charge


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/Professional Certificate/Nitec
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking individual)
  • Willing to work on shift duties including weekends and public holiday


Working Hours

Full-timer - Shift/Roster: 5 days work, between Monday to Sunday (including Weekends and PH) 9 am to 6 pm
