F&B Services (Non-Halal) Internship

Eligibility: 

This internship is open only to:

• Singaporean students
• Singapore Permanent Residents (PR)
• Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders
• Work Holiday Pass (WHP) holders

Note: Employer does not have a Work Permit quota.

Internship Details: 

• Working Schedule: 5 days per week (44 hours per week; overtime compensated).
• Meals: Duty meals provided.
• Uniform: Provided with laundry services.
• Allowance: Basic S$1,200 – S$1,600 per month (excluding overtime).
• Location: Orchard Road, Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily setup, service, and closing of the restaurant.
• Greet and attend to guests, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Take and process food & beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Support the team in maintaining outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Replenish supplies, tableware, and condiments as needed.
• Handle guest requests and escalate feedback to supervisors when necessary.
• Participate in training and development sessions provided by the hotel.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by Supervisors/Managers.
