Job Responsibilities

• Monitor project progression and updated regularly on project related issues
• Liaise and coordinate with members of the project team
• Data entry and compilation
• Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives
• Support and co-ordinate HR administration and office services
• Any other tasks relating to HR, General Office assigned by the Senior HR Manager/Manager from time to time

Work Experience & Qualification

• Undergrad currently pursuing studies relating to HRM 
•  Able to commit full-time internship for a period of no less than 4 months (from Sep 2020)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel) a must

 Competencies

• Strong office organisation and administration skill
• Pleasant in personality
• Good communication skills
• Systematic, able to manage filing/database system efficiently
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken is an advantage
