Global Footwear Services, an APAC Regional Office for BATA, was established to support and drive re-branding strategies and process improvements across APAC. One of the HR team most important goals for 2024 was focusing on developing talents. Apart from having a BATA E-university platform where learners can DIY to complete online courses relevant to their interests/needs, we require the assistance of an intern to help the HR team work on L&D projects to help establish curriculum suitable for capability building and for job exchanges and job transfers. Reporting to the Head of APAC HR / HR Business Partner, this role will support the launch of a new Learning and Development program for the regional talents and the internship scope includes but not limited to :
- Skillsoft training creation in collaboration with a renowned European institute;
- Functional training content creation in coordination with internal experts;
- Coordination with the Global Talent Management Team to ensure alignment;
- Coordination and administrative support around the organization of the presential training sessions;
- Coordination and follow up of job exchange programs within the countries.
Students studying in Singapore are preferred as they are required to be on-site to understand the L&D needs of the various functions.
Students will have opportunities to do e-learning programs via BATA e-university, assign playlists and drives innovation and L&D campaigns across APAC region.
Bachelor Degree in Business / BA / HR / IT or equivalent. Student who comes with some IT analytical skills shall be highly advantageous.
