The Opportunity
While there’s no such thing as a “regular” day or “routine”, a typical day involves interacting with our user community and supporting the marketing and content team to drive user growth on the platform. You will interact with users on a daily basis, recommending them the relevant internships & job opportunities via an Award-winning platform. You will also be the highly dependable and capable graphic designer for the team in their marketing activities.
As the face and voice of Glints to young people, you will be directly responsible for our user growth.

Job Description
Your mission is to help all students, and graduates in Singapore discover the career they love and design a path for themselves. Your key activities and how you will learn are:
Social Media Marketing
1. Facebook Marketing
- Assist closely in running social media advertisements (fb and ig marketing)
- Curate top opportunities on Glints every 2 weeks
- Design compelling and attractive ads with the objective of high CTR and conversions
- Champion a relentless attitude in experimenting and A/B testing on ads
- Identify and understand what and how competitors are doing on SMM
2. Handling of Glints’ Ig Account
- Assist in the ownership of Glints’ Ig account
- Assist in design of the content creation strategy, marketing plan and content flow
- Design compelling and attractive posts with the objective of brand awareness and reach
- Champion a relentless attitude in experimenting and A/B testing on posts
- Identify and understand what and how competitors are doing on Ig
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Assist and lead a team of part-timers to generate new leads and create accounts
- Ensure the team maintains a level of standard when prospecting
Blog
- Design and source for assets for the blog articles daily
Customer Service Ambassador
- Be the first touchpoint with candidates and companies who seek help
- A happiness hero who answers all questions users have about Glints
- Take the form of the customer’s advocate - identify and understand the good, bad and the ugly about the company and make it known to the team
- Be the users’ voice
Others
- Work closely with the marketing executive to execute campaigns and drive marketing strategies
- Assist the implementation of other projects and campaigns
Requirements
- Have a strong interest and passion in building the best, millennial-targeted career portal in Singapore
- Graphic design skills: Photoshop, Canva (Must have)
- Active on Social Media (Minimum)
- Social Media Marketing skills (Good to have)
