The intern will be based in Singapore, reporting to Manager. You will have the opportunity to work across the different functions in Supply Chain Operations Division. We are looking for students with education or passion in media, film, mass communication. Someone with excellent interpersonal and strong in languages, has the flare in creativity, design, and is self-motivated with a hunger for challenges
The role will mainly be involved in leading the communications materials for newsletters, banners and etc:
- Collate materials/ news articles
- Create design, layout and composition
- Liaise with relevant department/ personnel for approval to release the newsletter
- Prepare presentation templates for various events such as safety briefing, quality briefing, employee information sharing session
- Develop content for presentation
- Design posters, banners, slogans, quizzes and plan employee-related activities communication
The successful candidate will have:
- Completing their degree in a reputable university
- Knowledge working on Multi-media and Design
- Skills in photography and videography
- Good positive attitude, resourceful and agile thinking
- Hungry to learn attitude, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Humble and fun loving
