Part-time Barista / Cashier

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily operations
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards
• Cashiering and transactional duties, ensure guests are charged correctly
• Ensure Till float and all sales figures are tallied, i.e cash, NETS, etc
• Ensure proper cleanliness and outlook of the store
• Calibrate coffee machine and ensure sufficient stock for beans and milk
• Ensure all mis en place is ready for opening
• Ensure service standards are maintained 
• Ensure sufficient packing boxes are folded for the day's service
• Responsible for the packaging of all sales items.
• In charge of opening and closing of the cafe
• Ensure proper End of day closing and reporting for POS

REQUIREMENTS 

• Previous working experience as Barista and POS experience preferred, but training will be provided
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Great attention to detail, takes ownership
• Must be responsible and dependable
• Must possess a positive and friendly attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people, including colleagues and customers
• Must be energetic and enthusiastic 
• Must be hospitable and
