Job Description
- Preparing meals and food in a timely manner
- Properly measuring ingredients and food portions.
- Managing the kitchen inventory and ensuring supplies are fresh and of high quality.
- Keeping the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized and sanitized.
- Familiar with Halal Procedure and Guidelines
- Ensure Invoices are signed according to goods received from suppliers
- Create Menus for Ad-hoc events and PUB refreshments weekly.
Qualifications
- Experience in catering/ cafe setting and is able to cook
- Able to multi task and good time management
- Good Communication Skills
- Willingness to learn
- Nitec in Culinary Arts or Equivalent
