- To execute full spectrum of HR duties

- To oversee staff recruitment, on-boarding, staff engagement, appraisal, training & development, salary & welfare administration, security screening etc

- To provide operational and administrative support (ie. procurement, premise & equipment upkeep, processes)

- To manage service contracts with vendors

- To source for relevant courses, plan and execute training programme and to maintain proper training record for regulatory purposes

- To prepare and submit manpower and operation-related reports for internal and external bodies

- To establish and update HR and other policies, staff handbook and SOP etc

- To undertake any other duties assigned by the management.
