Job Description

Job scope:

Support the onboarding of new sellers, analyse and report their performance (hands-on experience!)
Ensure merchants know how to operate all elements of the platform
Ensure Merchants adopt SuperMom sellers’ tools that will help increase their visibility, customer engagement, brand building and sales
Competitive research and analysis on pricing, product bundles and more
Excellent at problem solving
Liaise with key marketing partners to promote key events & promotions
Assist in event preparation and execution

What we are looking for:

Able to commit from June to 1st week of September
Strong interest in driving business improvements
Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy
A “can do” spirit and insatiable will to get stuff done
