Job Description

Job scope:

  • Support the onboarding of new sellers, analyse and report their performance (hands-on experience!)
  • Ensure merchants know how to operate all elements of the platform
  • Ensure Merchants adopt SuperMom sellers’ tools that will help increase their visibility, customer engagement, brand building and sales
  • Competitive research and analysis on pricing, product bundles and more
  • Excellent at problem solving
  • Liaise with key marketing partners to promote key events & promotions
  • Assist in event preparation and execution

What we are looking for:

  • Period of Commitment: October to March 2020 window
  • Strong interest in driving business improvements
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy
  • A “can do” spirit and insatiable will to get stuff done
