Job Description

1. Internship Description

This position works directly with the Digital Marketing Director to develop strategy frameworks and analytical processes for the company and interfaces with the Digital Marketing Manager and team.

This role will train the applicant to have the necessary skillsets to set up, run a complete multichannel digital marketing strategy focused on e-commerce and analyse paid and unpaid digital marketing channels, content marketing, promotional campaigns and digital funnels.

 

2. Specific Responsibilities

Strategy and Frameworks

Assist the Digital Marketing Director to develop and build high level strategy frameworks

Documentation of frameworks and visualisation into tables, slides, spreadsheets

Assist in documentation and development business process SOPs and flowcharts

Digital Marketing

1. Assist in developing checklists, roadmaps and milestone planning for specific digital marketing tasks like SEO and CRO

2. Assist in building data and analytical frameworks for business intelligence and reporting.

Research

Assist in research on aspects of best practices in Digital Marketing

Market research

Competitive Analysis

Assist in documenting and developing the SOP and process for in depth competitive analysis

Design, Creation and Analysis (ad hoc, weekly, monthly) of digital marketing (regular / campaigns) and online store performance (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Google Analytics)

Data

1. Build and maintain a data framework for performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.

 

3. Competencies (required / to learn on the job)

Market and customer research

Documentation and development of SOP

Visualisation of high level strategic frameworks

Business Process design

Development of strategic frameworks

 

4. Education Qualifications: Min Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent. Specialist qualifications /diploma in Digital Marketing preferred
