Job Description

Are you the next Growth Marketer superstar who is organised, efficient, and a motivated individual?

You will play an integral role in the team, and the responsibilities include assisting in organising campaigns as well as developing marketing strategies, promoting products or services through digital platforms, and monitoring the online presence of the company. You will be responsible for discussing marketing strategies with the sales and marketing team.

To ensure success in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of digital marketing and technology best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce marketing campaigns.

- Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (eg website, emails, social media and blogs).
- Create integrated and cost effective digital strategies.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy and online marketing strategies across all digital platforms.
- Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy.
- Meet with the sales and marketing team to discuss digital marketing strategies.
- Analyse customer and user data.
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends. Decipher from chunks of raw data meaningful insights that can be used to fuel future campaigns.
- Create innovative content. We encourage you to be creative, but expect decisions to be backed up by data - not just intuition.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc) for the company's website.
- Manage PPC campaigns, monitoring reports, ROI and KPIs.
- Measure the performance of campaigns through web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc).
- Support the Marketing Manager and marketing team with project organisation.
- Compose and post online content that are SEO optimised for the company’s social media page and website.
- Employ online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
- Analyse site traffic including click navigation, shopping patterns, and purchase conversion.
