Job Description
- Be a part of creative ideation and concept development for events and campaigns
- Event venue and supplies sourcing • Event coordination between events team, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met
- Supporting for the overall operational and execution of event • Onsite and offsite event coordination
- Assist in execution of event project timelines, agenda, setup schedules
- Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce successful events
Job Requirements
- A student undergoing Tertiary level education and is available to start during the Summer internship (May to Aug) period
- A resourceful and creative individual
- Passionate in events
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Resourceful
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic startup environment
- Able to work weekends at roadshow / events as games / stations facilitator
