Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in carrying out the air audit processes.
- Product application - provide support to the sales force in application/use of equipment through customer specification/requirements.
- Coordinate sites clearances /insurance/ documentations requirements.
- Assist/manage purchase requisition and service charge quotation.
- Support service team (e.g., receive/return spare parts from/to service team to warehouse).
- Compile and submit customer satisfaction index.
- Assist in preparing sales report, analyzing cost, sales, and quotations.
- Support Order Entry and Booking: Support Customer Care and the sales force in insuring customer orders are properly entered and booked in our order entry systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
- Excellent communication skills.
