- Work in collaboration with the HR team to ensure consistency in service delivery

- Update and improve existing data onto local systems

- Assist to improve local onboarding documents and welcome booklets

- Propose and deliver initiatives that will lead to a positive impact on the organisation

- Explore potential platforms to better engage employees and encourage them to share experiences


Desired Skill-sets:

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills

- Good presentation and communication skills

- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in HR or a related field is a plus
