Company Profile

Funder Exchange (FEX) is a financial market infrastructure for private capital focused on enterprise finance, project finance and asset management. FEX makes cross-border opportunities investable via our multi-jurisdictional regulated exchange in the world’s major financial markets. FEX serves funders and listers across the entire lifespan of a private investment, from initial discovery to deal-making and all the way through the maintenance of documentation and secondary trading. Our platform combines blockchain with our proprietary interface, which employs digital corporate artifacts. This allows parties to a private investment to communicate, negotiate, perform due diligence, and carry out transactions. FEX is applying for regulatory licenses in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the United States. All participants -- the funders, listers and their agents, will be vetted for good governance practices and for suitability including for AML/CTF concerns.
