An intern in Information Services would assist in reviewing and comparing customer and account data, updating systems data to align systems, run reports to verify data, delete old reports and data maintenance efforts related to various functions in IS. Occasionally the person may assist with meetings or training events.
The tasks may vary depending on the projects being executed at any given time. Generally tasks include:
- Analyze data
- Identify variances
- Update customer data based on analysis
- Run reports
- Delete old reports
Required Skills & Experience
Some college, detail oriented, good communication skills, Microsoft Office, team player, works well independently
Benefit to Intern
Learning and experience working with Microsoft 365, iMIS, Sharepoint reporting, SQL. This individual will be using their analysis of data and reports to update customer data across systems. As well as identify, data issues that require manual intervention to correct.
This is a very entry level job, where we will instruct the Intern on what to do and expect them to implement based on the instruction given.
