Job Description
Recruitment:
- Create and manage job postings on job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
Employer Branding:
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Gain insights into the preparation and delivery of training programs.
- Assist in preparing and conducting training sessions.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
