Our director Mr Shen has over 10 years of experience in HNW client services and has extensive experience in corporate compliance and business development. He has worked closely with trust companies, local and international banks, family offices, asset management companies, trust service providers, law firms, charitable giving organisations and many others.

Job Description
  • Assist the leader in conducting market research and analysis, gathering relevant data.
  • Communicate with various organizations, including but not limited to government agencies, financial institutions, training providers, and other business partners.
  • Assist in drafting project proposals, including project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collect and organize project-related documents and data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in planning and participating in meetings and events related to the project.
  • Execute project progress tracking and reporting, providing regular updates to the leader.
  • Assist in identifying potential market opportunities and business development directions, and provide recommendations to support the company's strategic decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • Polytechnic, diploma, undergraduate, or graduate students in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Project/Event Management are preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in market research and analysis, with relevant foundational knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office, particularly skilled in using PowerPoint to create presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
