Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the office administrative duties in the business unit.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal business units
• Participate in meetings and proactively identify areas for improvement
• Maintains the master list of sale offers
• Maintains the master list of wholesales account
• Craft and distributes email relating to new/revised offers to the sales team
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and contracts
• Provide responses to first-level clients’ enquiries.
• Assist with familiarisation & stay requests from travel agents
• Maintains date of the utilization of complimentary nights
• Assist and support the team in special projects through the management

Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the hotel operations department

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma undergrad in any aspects

• Tech savvy with social media

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Meticulous and detail-oriented

• Positive and energetic, with an inquisitive spirit

• Passionate about the industry
