We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Vendor Operations Intern for our team in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have direct impact, then this may be the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Vendor Operations Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for brands and vendors on “how to sell on foodpanda”
- Assessing and troubleshooting of issues faced by partners, with decision power on rectification avenues
- Holistic communication with vendors in problem-solving
- Assisting with innovation in job processes; such as inventory management, streamlining of team projects etc
Requirements:
- Highly communicative with a pleasant personality
- Adept in MS office and proficient in Excel
- Proactive and self-motivated individual who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong project management and communication skills, independent worker who is highly adaptable
- Fluent in written and spoken English; other language skills is a plus
- Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma
