As an intern for Corporate Finance, you will play an integral role as member of the team that will provide and execute advisory services on matter such as valuation, mergers & acquisitions and litigation support.
You will need to be able to use spreadsheets effectively and be comfortable in building financial models and projections/forecasts of profit and cash flows.
Together with our professional team, you will be handling valuation engagements which may cover varied industries. Our portfolio of clients include local and foreign SMEs, MNCs and listed companies.
