You will work along experienced professionals to perform work in M&A and/or restructuring.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct data extraction from various sources;
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of financial and non-financial;
• Assist in documentation review; and
• Assist in project management and administrative duties.
Requirements:
• Undergraduate in Accountancy/Law/Business/Finance/Economics or relevant discipline
• Able to work independently;
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and writing skills; and
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
