PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To Assist Artiste Management in all Media assets
  • Digital Content creation and conceptualization for social media, website updates etc
  • PR Clippings and filing
  • Creating or updating decks
• Video Content and Organization
  • To organize video library
  • Video editing / Editing reels
• AM Duties
  • Artistes CV / Bio / Profile updates
  • Data entry work
  • Chaperoning

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess or is pursuing at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or a related field
2. Familiar with Adobe Creative applications - Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc
3. Able to work independently
4. Highly organized and who thinks ahead
5. Importantly you must be able to commit and understand the importance of keeping artists’ personal and professional information confidential
