Job Description

As director in one of the largest independent financial advisory firm providing insurance, investment, loan and other financial services, I am inviting inspirational and independent individuals to take on the role to support and drive business growth.

 

The individual will mainly take charge of the following duties:

 

1) Attend to emails and administrative work

2) Complete submission and follow-up with clients & business partners as and when required to ensure timely inception of new business, renewals, claims and servicing.

3) Research on financial products in the market and identify the most suitable solutions for clients.

4) Create social media posts and contents for marketing and connect with clients/prospects

5) Monitor and help out in existing clients’ portfolio review

6) Ad-hoc duties & projects assigned from time to time.

 

Experience in financial industry could be an advantage but not necessary. On-the-job training will be provided. Hybrid work mode is adopted and suitable for individuals need to have a flexible work arrangement.

 

Preferably, you should have basic knowledge/expertise in the following areas:

 

1) Good interpersonal skills in liaising with different stakeholders

2) Independent and good learning capacity

3) Proactive and able to perform under timeline

4) Microsoft office (mainly Words, Excels & Powerpoint)
