Job Description

- The intern will be given the opportunity to aid a top consultant (0.04% islandwide) in the industry in the terms of recruitment, training, compensation and simple documentation work.
- Main duty is to assist in selecting suitable candidates based on past work experience, skill and capabilities as well as qualifications
- Conducting of first round interviews and screening of candidates
- Devising creative ideas and strategies to attract talents, as well as involvement with the structuring and execution of training programs
- Simple office task duties such as sorting out documentation and answering phone call enquiries may be required as a minor duty
