We specialise in providing stored value facility (e-Wallet), mobile ordering and CRM solutions using QR technology for F&B and retail applications.
We are looking for a conscientious and service-oriented individual to fill the role of a Operations Support Executive. The hiree will assist in the day-to-day operations of our mobile wallet, attend to customer/client queries and provide general administrative support to the company. He/She should be IT-savvy, with a keen eye for detail and always looking to improve the way things are being done.
What you will be doing:
- Process daily transactions (merchant payouts, customer refunds etc)
- Generate daily and ad-hoc reports using mySQL and Excel
- Provide first-level customer support and response to customer queries
- Administrative support (prepare invoices, general filing etc)
You should be:
- Organised and meticulous
- Always looking to improve or automate processes
- Proficient in mySQL and Excel
- Knowledge of HTML and php will be considered favourably
- Customer-oriented with excellent service sense
- Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with offshore developer team
