Job Description


*Responsibilities:*

*  Assist  Human Resource / Admin function (Payroll Processing - assist the Accountant and Commissions Calculation), meticulous in mathematics calculation
* Administration support such as application of work passes, filling, issuing employment contract, confirmation letters, contract renewal, staff orientation, etc
* Benefit Administration (includes checking and processing medical claims, annual leave records & government grant).
* Monitor on daily employee’s attendance, leave and unpaid leave and time-off
* To perform routine office tasks (filling, answering calls, etc)
* Manage recruitment and selection process (eg. advertisement placement, arranging of interview, etc.)
* Ensure employee personnel records, time attendance are updated and maintained, levy waiver for foreigner worker and etc. 

* Other HR/Admin duties assigned from time to time, able to translate from English to Mandarin to our Chinese Speaking customers
*Requirements:*
* Diploma in HR and Admin or Accounts graduate will be considered
* At least 6 month - 12  years of Admin and HR experience will be an advantage
* Bilingual in English & Mandarin, to liaise with English and Mandarin Speaking clients
* Meticulous, organized, proactive & able to multi-task work under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Able to start work early October 2018
