Role and Responsibilities:
Social Catalyst: As our Community Manager, you'll be the sizzling spark that ignites our F&B community's engagement. You'll create a vibrant atmosphere by inviting top-notch speakers, planning unforgettable events, and orchestrating gatherings that will leave taste buds tingling and minds buzzing!
Heart of the Community: Being the heartbeat of Excelerate, you'll be the friendly face that our community members turn to for support, guidance, and camaraderie. Your genuine passion for food and entrepreneurship will shine through as you touch base with our members, helping them forge lasting connections and fostering a spirit of collaboration.
Initiative Maven: We're hungry for fresh ideas! In this role, you'll dream up and execute exciting initiatives that empower our F&B owners to excel and flourish. You'll have the freedom to explore uncharted territories and bring your creative vision to life!
Liaison Extraordinaire: Not only will you be the go-to person within the Excelerate community, but you'll also be our bridge to the outside world. You'll relay crucial messages from the government to our F&B owners, ensuring they stay well-informed and equipped to navigate any challenges that come their way.
Sizzling Social Media Savvy: Can you make mouths water and hearts flutter with just a few words and captivating visuals? Your social media management skills will leave a lasting impression as you create an irresistible online presence for Excelerate, driving engagement, and spreading the word about our fabulous community.
Preferred Qualifications:
A fervent love for food, F&B culture, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by F&B owners.
Experience in event planning, community management, or related roles – a true foodie's dream come true!
A go-getter attitude with a dash of spice – you're not afraid to take the lead and make things happen.
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and emoji! �
A passion for startups, where the thrill of decision-making is as satisfying as that first bite of a delicious dish.
