At Evolve, our Operations teams are responsible for positively impacting the lives of others by sharing the benefits of healthy living and martial arts. They are driven, confident professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
The Role:
- Work closely with, and learn from, the Operations, Sales, Business Development and Marketing teams of the Company
- Pro-actively work on customer issues assigned via the EvolveMMA Academy’s internal system
- Assist with maintaining a premium and consistent brand identity across platforms, for example; social media, merchandising
- Support Operations and Sales teams in ensuring all marketing collateral are arranged according to company standards
- Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications
- Learn and experience the management of Evolve academy's operations and customer retention programs
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal savvy when interacting with internal employees and customers
- Ability to work independently, and within a team
- Ability to work retail/ shift hours
- Embody high levels of ethics, values, integrity and trust
- Must be able to commit to working 4 times per week
