We are a family office advisory services company with affiliate offices in Australia and China

• Financial modelling, deal modelling; scenario analysis 
• Assisting clients on capitalization table & various financial instruments (convertibles, warrants, preference shares, etc) 
• Equity management software products development
• Capital market transaction processes (due diligence, share issuance, etc) digitization
• Investor and client marketing materials preparation
• Market research and data analysis

Job Requirements

• Current student at a reputable university, pursuing a degree in business / finance / accounting
• Have a good understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts
• Have a keen interest in corporate finance and capital markets
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite
• Prior experience in financial modelling will be a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin will be a plus point
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly; multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
