The Role
You'll be our boots-on-the-ground content creator, shooting, editing, posting, and managing our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS). You'll work from a content calendar (strategy is provided) but we expect you to bring your own ideas to the table too.
This is a hands-on, high-output role. If you love being on your phone for the right reasons, are obsessive about trends, and take real pride in creating content that actually performs, this is for you. We move fast. Deadlines are real. Standards are high.
If you need constant direction or someone to motivate you to get things done, this is not the right environment. But if you're someone who takes ownership, loves the work, and pushes yourself, you'll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
- Shoot, edit and post original video and photo content for Instagram (Feed, Reels, Stories), TikTok and Xiaohongshu
- Follow and execute the monthly content calendar with consistent, on-time delivery
- Manage our social media accounts: posting, scheduling, responding to comments
- Proactively suggest content ideas based on platform trends, customer conversations and brand moments
- Capture real-life footage including product shots, lifestyle content and behind-the-scenes moments
- Work with graphic assets provided by our designer (you focus on real-life content)
- Track your own content performance and flag what's working and what's not
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all platforms
Who We’re Looking For
- You have a portfolio or personal social accounts that show you can create engaging content consistently — video and static
- You're comfortable shooting and editing your own videos (phone is fine, we also have raw footage)
- You understand how Instagram, TikTok and XHS each work differently — and create natively for each
- You are deadline-driven and don't need to be chased — if it's on the calendar, it gets done
- You're proactive and bring ideas without being asked
- You can take a brand brief and run with it independently
- You write & speak well in English
- Experience in wellness, beauty, F&B or lifestyle brands is a plus, but not required
This Role Is NOT For You If…
- You need to be reminded to meet deadlines
- You post content only when inspired — consistency is not your strong suit
- You wait to be told what to do instead of spotting opportunities yourself

- You treat social media as a side hobby, not a craft
What’s In It For You?
We believe in paying for performance. The more you deliver, the more you earn. ●
- Basic Salary: $2200 - $2500
- Monthly Performance Incentives: Up to $4000
- Annual Performance Bonus ● Staff Purchase Discount
- Work Arrangement: 60% WFH / 40% On-site
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 11am - 7pm
- Employment Type: Full-time
