Job Description
  • Plan and drive social content calendar aligned to business objectives with a focus to drive community engagement and build brand love
  • Write, edit and publish content for social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, websites, blogs, videos, and more
  • Create content (photos and videos) that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms
  • Brand and community management — interacting with consumers on social channels to ensure questions, comments and related opportunities are picked up with speed and judgement: not limited to feed posts, DMs; encouraging UGC and customer service recovery and queries
  • Social analytics monitoring: Baseline tracking of social media growth and top-line metrics, deriving learnings from analytics and optimising content
  • Explore new ways to engage and explore new social networks to reach new audiences
  • Develop and lead brand collaborations, including ideating and securing brand partners to reach out to new audiences.
  • Playbook and document all learnings
  • Serve as a brand social lead and an influencer of the brand
